Shipping
How long does it take to receive my order?
Every bundle is personally curated and packed with care — please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be prepared and shipped. Once it’s on its way, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.
Do you ship outside the US?
Right now we ship within the United States only. We hope to expand internationally in the future — sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know!
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. Orders over $75 ship free.
Customization
Can I customize my bundle?
Absolutely — that’s actually our favorite part. Every bundle is curated around your chosen color and/or theme. If you have something specific in mind — a birthday, a milestone, a gift for someone going through a hard time — reach out through our Contact page before ordering and we’ll make it personal.
Can I request a specific item to be included?
We love hearing what speaks to you! While we can’t guarantee every request, we do our best to honor special asks. Just drop us a message and we’ll see what we can do.
Do you offer gift options?
Every bundle arrives ready to gift — no extra packaging needed. Add a personal note at checkout and we’ll include it handwritten inside the box.
Returns
Can I return or exchange my bundle?
Because each bundle is one-of-a-kind and personally curated just for you, all sales are final once an order has been shipped. That said, if something arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out right away and we’ll make it right.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We’re so sorry if that happens! Send us a photo of the damage within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll sort it out for you. Customer happiness is everything to us.
Subscriptions Coming Soon
Will there be a subscription box?
Yes! A monthly journaling subscription box is coming soon. Each month will have a curated theme — seasonal, goal-setting, self-care, and more. Sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know when it launches.
How will the subscription work?
Subscribers will receive a new curated bundle delivered to their door every month. You’ll be able to choose your color preference and cancel anytime. More details coming soon!

How are the bundles put together?
Every single bundle is hand-curated by Candy — the founder. Nothing is mass-produced or randomly assembled. Each box is thoughtfully built around your color, theme, and the feeling she wants it to bring you.
